2007 Rates:	Monthly Snowbird Rates. Minimum stay: 4-months.
January - April 2009	New Snowbirds: Returning Snowbirds:	Enquire	+ tax + electricity.
May 2009	New Snowbirds:	$350	+ tax + electricity.
June 2009	New Snowbirds:	$400	+ tax + electricity.
July 2009	New Snowbirds:	$550	+ tax + electricity. First $50 electric included, per month.
August 2009	New Snowbirds:	$550	+ tax + electricity. First $50 electric included, per month.
September 2009	New Snowbirds:	$400	+ tax + electricity.
October 2009 - December 2009	New Snowbirds:	$290	+ tax + electricity.

Rates: Rates are for up-to 2-persons. Any additional persons would be charged extra.

Cancellation Policy & Deposits:

We require a deposit, at the time of booking.

If arriving after November-15, a larger-deposit may be required (please enquire).

We require 45-days notice, for Cancellations or date-changes, when booking monthly rates.

The Deposit are refunded, when the required cancellation-notice is given (less cancellation fee).

Deposits become non-refundable, after September-15.
A nightly rate is applicable (back-dated from arrival) to persons not staying the minimum-period.

Tax: The tax laws in B.C. are changing soon, we will keep you posted.
For now:

Tax is only charged, if applicable. Tax laws can change so please check before arrival.
GST tax is exempt (for the motel), on stays of at least 1-month.

HST tax is exempt (for the motel) on stays of at least 61-days.

If the length of a monthly-stay is shortened, the registered person is liable for any applicable taxes
