   The above rates are not guaranteed, until a booking with deposit is made.
   We reserve the right to change our rates, without notice (when booked, a confirmation with the agreed rate will be sent to you).
   Minimum stay may be applicable.
   We reserve the right to cancel a booking, when changes are made to a booking.
   When you make changes/date-changes to booking, we may deem the booking cancelled, and charge or retain a cancellation fee.

Written Confirmation:
It is our policy to send a written confirmations (by mail or email), for all bookings.
Your confirmation will include dates-booked, unit-booked, and the agreed nightly-rate,
If you do not receive a confirmation, please telephone, to request a confirmation.

Cancellation Policy:
On-Peak:                   You will be given cancellation details at time of booking (with most advanced bookings 45-days notice is required).
Group-Bookings:        45-days notice required, unless notified otherwise at time of booking.
Off-Peak:                   Please enquire, at time of booking.

Deposits:

We may require a deposit, to guarantee a booking. We will agree this, at time of booking.

We may refund your deposit (subject to a cancellation fee) when the required cancellation-notice is given (please enquire at time of booking).
Temporary bookings: It is up to you, to finalise booking arrangements. We will not hold temporary bookings indefinitely.

Payment:

We accept Visa, Master-card, Debit-card (Interac) and Cash.

We do not accept cheques (except when paid in advance for deposits).

We do not accept American-Express.

Cash must be in Canadian dollars only - We do not accept US Dollars or other foreign currency.

Credit-card:

We take a credit-card imprint, from any person registering for a room. We do this on arrival, before access to room

is given. We ask you to sign an agreement, stating that the management reserves the right to charge for any
charges, liability. or damage to a room, to this card.
Please note, we do not accept 3rd Party signatures on credit-cards. We require ID (drivers licence or passport).

Policy for persons without a credit-card:

For persons without a credit-card, we request a large cash damage-deposit (payable on arrival, before access to room is given).
Damage-deposits are refundable at check-out if no loss/damage found.

Persons without credit-card: We require payment on arrival, for all nights-booked, before giving access to room.

We accept Cash, Debit-card, Visa, master-Card.

No Smoking:

NON-SMOKING ROOMS.

There is a non-smoking policy in effect, for all rooms & cabins & buildings, at the Bel Air Cedar Resort. Ashtrays are provided for smoking outside.
Please note, we charge a smokers-fee, for any room or cabin that has been smoked in.

Please note law within the province of BC: No smoking within 3-meters of any door or any window.

PETS: We charge a nightly-fee for any dog staying in a room or cabin.

Please enquire, at time of booking if you wish to bring your pet. Some rooms are not suitable for pets. We do not allow cats or birds in our rooms.
Other small animals must be caged & silent. Unannounced pets may be refused.

For pets in the RV-Park: Clean quiet friendly pets are permitted. No pet-fee for dog or cat in the RV-park.

No aggressive dogs. No barking dogs. Birds must be caged & quiet. All pets to be on a leash.

MINIMUM STAY: A minimum number-of-nights may be required to make a booking. We will specify this when booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require minimum 45-days notice, for cancellations/changes.

ABOUT THE RESORT: All rooms & Cabins & other buildings are non-smoking.

Our small, friendly resort is active during the day, and then peaceful in the evenings.

Office closes each evening at 8pm for the night. We have on-site managers that

are available if urgent.

Quiet time is 9pm to 8am (No loud noise & No music after 9pm overnight).

Day-visitors must leave the Resort by 9pm each evening. Groups not permitted visitors.

All persons staying over-night at the resort, need to be registered upon arrival.

Day-Visitors please check-in at the office on arrival, then stay with you at all times.

YOUR GUESTS/VISITORS NOT PERMITTED IN POOL/HOT-TUB/CLUBROOM/BBQ AREAS.

TENT/RV-SITE: Please note we do not guarantee a specific site-number or 2-units-together.

To avoid disturbing others, after 9pm, we don't permit late-set-up of RV's & Tents.

RV's if wanting to arrive early, please call on the day to check RV-Site is empty.

No Sub-Letting - Bookings are not transferable to other persons.

Pool/Hot-Tub: See website for updated Pool/Hot-tub times through the season.

CLUBROOM: Please enquire for private use. Clubroom closed to casual-users July & August.

Children under the age of 16-years to be accompanied by an adult, at all times.

Persons unable to account for their own actions, to be accompanied by responsible adult.

Resort is privately owned. Management may refuse admittance/accommodation to any person.

Our Resort has a family-atmosphere. Moderate behaviour is requested, at all times.

The Resort will not tolerate inappropriate behaviour from registered guests & visitors.

The Resort has the right to remove any person at any time without notice/without refund.

PETS: ALL PETS must be kept on a leash, at all times - Friendly, Quiet pets only.

Please advise if bringing pets. No pets in Cabin-1.

TELEPHONES: There are NO IN-ROOM PHONES but we welcome you to make a short call at office.
